  • Donations – enter the details of all donations including Gifts, Grants, Major Gifts, Endowments, Sponsorships and Foundations. An import module would ensure that donations from other sources could be entered into the CRM system with little manual intervention.
  • Constituent – access all interactions with any person or corporation from the constituent module making each communication with a constituent as meaningful as possible. Volunteer attributes may be entered for any constituent. Powerful search features allow you to pull lists based on any criteria for further actions such as scheduling phone calls, sending an email communication, or exporting to Excel.
  • Campaigns – manage and measure campaigns that may include many waves of activities including telemarketing (both internal and external), mail and e-mail.
  • Events – enter and manage Event details including budget, sponsorship, invitations, attendance and volunteer information.
