Support Plans

Affinity NFP Client Support Plans provide a full range of support options including technical support, training, and updates to your accounting, CRM, or fundraising system. Three plans with various service levels are available to accommodate your individual needs.

These plans provide you with peace of mind, knowing that when you need help, you will be able to speak with someone here who is familiar with you and your organization, and knows how your system has been set-up to work for you. Our clients have told us that this provides great value!

Remote Desktop Control

The Bomgar Support Portal enables us to view your screen and control your desktop, securely through any firewall. With a one-step connection, we can begin troubleshooting online immediately to solve your technical support issue.

    A support case is automatically logged in our CRM system and assigned to the proper person who can help you as quickly as possible. Adding screen shots of your issue is always helpful.

    You will be able to log your case, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern time. There is usually someone available right away to assist you.
